Description

This caviar selection comes from a middle aged Oscietra and has a full-bodied grain.
The good sized egg makes it very impressive to the eye. Its colour varies from dark to light brown and its taste will remind you of hazelnut flavours farmed Caviar.
The Oscietre Sturgeon can live upto a hundred years and produces good caviar after 8 year of age.
